Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Every item is custom-made just for you.

 

🔸 How long does production and delivery take?

Ready-made items ship out the next business day.

Customized usually take 5–7 days to produce.

Shipping times vary based on the courier and your location.

Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout.

For urgent requests, rush production is available for an additional 300 AED.

Please note: Fully customized products may require extra time.

 

🔸 What if I have a problem with my order?

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process complaints submitted after this period.
